1. Scan articles
Use the scanner above. Each scan adds one piece. You can change the quantity before saving.
Return flows use this same basket, so scan every article that physically came back before receiving it.
2. Record what happened
Add a new SKU safely
A SKU must exist here before it can be scanned, stocked, dispatched, or given to marketing.
New article
Opening in-house quantity
Leave sizes at zero if this SKU has not arrived yet. You can add stock later with a verified scan.
Give articles to marketing
First scan the articles on the Scan screen, then identify who is responsible for them.
Articles currently outside
Dispatch a marketplace / B2B order
Scan articles on the Scan screen first. Dispatching removes them from warehouse stock and starts transit tracking.
Transit, delivery & returns
Delivered open means the channel has not yet returned the article. Use Receive return when articles come back.
Articles received back
A separate view of every article received from a marketplace or returned by marketing.
Import master inventory
Uses only SKU CODE, BIN NO., and IN-HOUSE QUAN. This creates a clean opening balance and clears Activity, orders, and marketing records.
Import BluAuraa Dashboard CSV
Use the same file shape as your dashboard import, including the M | L | XL | XXL stock column.
Dashboard Handoff
Export the current live stock in the dashboard import format whenever you are ready to upload there.
Export Dashboard CSVSimple Stock Count
Columns accepted: sku, size, quantity.
Dashboard Sync
Staff access
Create role-based accounts. Admin is the only role that can manage staff and dashboard credentials.
Reset admin password
Use your current password to set a new one. All existing sessions will be signed out.
